Disclosed are copolyesters having repeating units mainly from terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol containing small quantitites of alkali or alkaline earth metal compounds which improve crystallization rates from the glassy state. The method of producing such copolyesters and thermoformed articles made therefrom are also disclosed. |
