titleOfInvention | Electrodes for level measurement in milk flowmeters |
abstract | The electrodes 2, 3, 4 are arranged side by side in the holder 1, which is provided in the bottom 5 of a milk flow meter. The cylindrical outer surfaces 12, 13 of the electrodes 2, 3 are completely surrounded by the holder 1, so that only the end surfaces 6, 7 of the electrodes 2, 3 are effective as the active surface for measuring a liquid level in the milk flow meter. It has been shown that measurement errors can be avoided in this way, which are caused by deposits on cylindrical surfaces and by adhering residual liquid in the range of diameter gradations with jacket surfaces only partially covered by the holder. |
