titleOfInvention Device for the industrial introduction of a predetermined volume of a fluid at a predetermined pressure into a container sealed off by a valve
abstract In order to produce aerosols, one solution consists in using a so-called propellant gas placed under pressure in the container (0) of a vaporizer. When the valve (1) of the vaporizer comprises a hollow valve stem (12), a device is proposed for introducing a predetermined volume of gas at a predetermined pressure (P₁) through the valve (1). For this, this device comprises a chamber (211) communicating, upstream, with a continuous supply of gas at a pressure (P₀) lower than the predetermined pressure (P₁) thanks to a non-return valve (41,42,43) and, downstream, with an outlet channel via a calibrated valve (26,25,22) opening only when the pressure (P₂) in said chamber is greater than or equal to said predetermined pressure (P₁) . It also comprises means (2,3,4) for modifying the volume of said chamber (211) making it possible to reduce this volume when an external mechanical compression is applied to them and to increase it when said non-return valve (41, 42, 43) upstream is open and allows gas to enter the interior of the chamber (211). These means (2,3,4) are also adapted to open the valve (1) of the container (0) and to put its hollow valve stem (12) in sealed communication with said outlet channel at the same time as they reduce the volume of said chamber (211).
