titleOfInvention Morpholino derivatives of rhodomycins, process for their preparation and their use
abstract There are new cytostatic anthracycline derivatives, specifically 7-0-glycosyl-ß and epsilon (iso) rhodomy cinon derivatives, which contain a modified morpholino structure in the carbohydrate part of the molecule, and of formula I. correspond, described, in which the radicals have the following meaning: R¹ is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group, R² is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R³ is a methyloxycarbonyl or a hydroxy group, R⁴ is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group, R⁵ is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or a hydroxymethyl group, R⁶ is a C₁₋₄-alkyloxy group, azido group or cyano group or a 9-N-adenine, 9-N-guanine, 1-N-cytosine, 1-N-uracil or 1-N-thymine residue, R⁶ can also be a hydrogen atom if R¹ = OH and R³ = COOCH₃, R⁵ and R⁶ together are -O-CH₂- and R⁷ or R⁸ are a hydrogen atom or a cyano group as well as a process for their preparation and their use as a medicament.
