abstract | The invention relates to a new process for the preparation of derivatives of formula I in which : - R₁ represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical, an alkylene radical, an arylalkyl radical optionally substituted on the aromatic ring by a halogen atom, a hydroxyl radical or an alkyl or alkoxy radical, a 2-indolyl methyl radical, a imidazolyl-4 methyl radical, or an alkoxycarbonylmethyl radical, and - R₂ and R₃, which are identical or different, each represents an alkyl radical, characterized in that the vinblastinoic acid is condensed with the N, N′-carbonyldiimidazole at ambient temperature, in an anhydrous polar solvent under an inert atmosphere, then that an aminophosphonate of the following formula is reacted in the reaction medium: in which R₁, R₂ and R₃ have the same meaning as that indicated in formula I, and then, that the medium is hydrolyzed with water and that the expected compounds are extracted, using a chlorinated hydrocarbon. |
