titleOfInvention Improving the physical properties of glass composite polydicyclopentadiene by heat treatment
abstract A method is disclosed for making a reinforced polymeric nstructure having enhanced physical properties by polymerizning, in contact with an uncoated, unsized, woven glass fabnric, a metathesis-polymerizable liquid comprising dicyclonpentadiene (and optionally one or more other strained ring npolycyclic cycloolefins) with which the fabric is saturated, nand post-curing the polymerized structure for more than 30 nminutes at a temperature greater than about 225°C.
