abstract | A method is described for conveying a paper sleeve (1), closed at one side, from a shaping station (3) to a transport device. In order to be able to convey such sleeves into the transport device in a short time, even if these are sleeves (1) closed on one side by spraying on a lid (2), provision is made according to the invention for the sleeve (1) to be gripped at its edges (5) which are at the rear in the direction (7) of movement and to be pushed in the direction of its longitudinal axis on a straight path into the transport device, air being blown into the interior (16) of the sleeve (1).
