titleOfInvention AMPULLE FOR THE CONTROLLED ADMINISTRATION OF A MEDICINAL PRODUCT.
abstract An ampoule (16) defines a pair of opposite flexible side walls (24) which hermetically encloses a space which contains a mass of a therapeutic agent (18) soluble in an aqueous solution. Inlet (17) and outlet (19) ports connect the interior of the bulb with the exterior. A flow promoting element (20) is arranged between the mass of therapeutic agent (18) and at least one of the opposite flexible side walls (24) in order to facilitate the formation of a flow path (22) of fluid along the mass of therapeutic agent (18).
