There are disclosed a dusting treatment agent for imparting inter-film lubricity to a film of a vinylidene chloride derivative resin which comprises a mixture of a component (A) a polyhydric alcohol, a component (B) an amphoteric or nonionic surface active agent, a component (C) a vegetable oil and a component (D) an inorganic powder; a vinylidene chloride derivative resin film having an improved openability because of being treated with said agent; and a method of treating said film with said agent. |
