A method for the detection and determination of blood coagulation factor XIII in plasma and a packaging containing agents that can be used in this method are described.n n n This method uses a fibrin aggregation inhibitor, thrombin, a peptide containing glutamine as a substrate for factor XIII, an amine and a system for the detection of ammonia formed.n n n The packaging containing agents which can be used in this process contains a fibrin aggregation inhibitor and a peptide containing glutamine, if appropriate along with other components necessary for the process. |
