titleOfInvention | Polycarbonate resin composition |
abstract | The present invention relates to a polycarbonate nresin composition comprising: n100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; n (A) 0.05 to 1 part by weight of an ester of saturated nfatty acid having 10 to 30 carbon atoms and monohydric or npolyhydric alcohol having 2 to 30 carbon atoms; (B) 0.05 to 1 part by weight of paraffin wax, and (C) 0 to 0.001 part by weight as a phosphorus atom nof at least one phosphorus compound selected from the group nconsisting of phosphorous acid and phosphorous acid esters, nwherein the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is n0.1 to 1 part by weight. n The present invention further relates to a polyncarbonate resin composition comprising: n100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; n (D) 0.05 to 1 part by weight of β-long side chain nalcohol/behenic acid ester or long chain aliphatic alcohol; nand (E) 0 to 0.001 part by weight as a phosphorus atom nof at least one phosphorus compound selected from the ngroup consisting of phosphorous acid and phosphorous acid nesters. n The composition of the present invention is nexcellent in heat resistance and hydrolytic resistance, and n n nfurther has good mold releasing properties. Thus the ncomposition of the present invention can be used in nproduction of electric and electronic devices, office nautomation machines, and structural parts by application nof various molding methods. |
