abstract |
In order to prevent deposits in plants for the evaporation of sulphite waste liquors and to increase the evaporation capacity, an aqueous solution of low molecular weight polyacrylic acid is continuously used in the input stage (8) of the multi-stage evaporation and an aqueous solution of a copolymer in at least one further stage (9) of the multi-stage evaporation sulfonated styrene and maleic acid hydride or an aqueous solution of low molecular weight polyacrylic acid is added to the sulfite waste liquor. |
