abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for obtaining transgenic plants with a view to making them durably tolerant to phytoviruses by integration into their genome of genetic information coding for the expression of satellite nucleic acid molecules, characterized in that the DNA sequence coding for the expression of the satellite nucleic acid is introduced into the genome in the form of a single monomer unit, the ends of which possibly have foreign sequences. |
