abstract An alkylated amide derivative prepared by amide ncoupling of sulfur-containing amine and an unsaturated nfatty acid with 4 to 18 carbon atoms, wherein the SH group nof the sulfur-containing amine portion is alkylated by na group selected from an alkyl group, na cycloalkyl-alkyl group, an aralkyl group, an N-alkyl-­npiperidinyl-alkyl group, a piperidinyl-alkyl group, and nan N,N-dialkylcarboxamide-alkyl group, which in form of npharmaceutical compositions has excellent activities nagainst peptic ulcer in mammals and is useful for the nmaking of an antiulcer agent.
