Test carrier for the analysis of a fluid sample, and method for its preparation |
abstract |
The carrier has a test layer (33) which contains a ligand which is immobilised on carrier particles and which reacts with a component of the liquid sample, in particular for immunological determinations. The test layer (33) is so porous that the liquid sample with the component can penetrate into it, reupo the ligand comes into contact with the component of the sample. n<??>A test carrier of this type with improved production and use properties is obtained when the carrier particles consist of inorganic material, reactive organic groups are covalently bonded to their surface as coupling groups, and the ligand is covalently bonded to the coupling groups. n<IMAGE> |
