abstract | The immunoadjuvant described is capable of producing secondary antibody responses of the order of 50 to 60% compared to those obtained using a complete Freund's adjuvant (FCA) whose responses fall to a small proportion. , while not having the disadvantages associated with Freund's complete adjuvant. Said immunoadjuvant comprises an immunoadjuvant oil, such as a mineral oil, squalene or squalene and an immunoadjuvant of polycationic polyelectrolyte, such as diethylaminoethyl dextran (DEAE) or polyethyleneimine.
