titleOfInvention Process for coating textiles
abstract The invention relates to a process for improving the resistance to washing and dry cleaning of finely coated textiles, in which water-insoluble condensation products of melamine, formaldehyde and lower alcohol modified with higher fatty alcohols or fatty acids are added to the polymer dispersions containing aqueous, film-forming and reactive groups to coat the textile materials, and after fixed the drying of the coated textile goods at higher temperatures, and the use of condensation products of melamine together with aqueous polymer dispersions in the fine coating of textiles.
