Described are polypeptides which bind to CD2, the receptor on the surface of T cells. More preferably, the polypeptides bind to CD2 on the surface of T cells and inhibit adhesion between T cells and target cells. Described are DNA sequences which encode expression in unicellular hosts suitable for these polypeptides. Methods of making and using these polypeptides in therapeutic and diagnostic applications are also described. |
