| abstract |
The present invention relates to a combustion chamber in which two gas streams are admitted by lights at the bottom of the cylinder, one of the streams being a fuel mixture, the other being a stream of pure air, so that these streams meet inside the chamber, near the wall opposite an exhaust port (5) so that the mixture is confined and slowed down in a cavity (9) of the cylinder head while the flow of pure air is divided by an edge (12) formed by this cavity with the bottom wall (11) of the cylinder head so that part of this air flow causes the reverse sweep of the combustion chamber (1). |
