abstract |
Crystals of calcium 5′-ribonucleotide can be obtained by adjusting pH of about 0.25 to 0.63 M aqueous solution of 5′-ribonucleotide to 8.2-8.7, and to said pH-adjusted solution adding gradually with stirring an aqueous solution of a calcium ion donor of the same or more molarity while the mixture is kept at about 85-95°C, yield and production being improved markedly. |
