abstract | a) mindestens einem organischen Polyisocyanat, b) mindestens einer höhermolekularen Verbindung mit gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktionsfähigen Gruppen, c) gegebenenfalls mindestens einer niedermolekularen Verbindung mit gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktionsfähigen Gruppen, und gegebenenfalls d) den aus der Polyurethanchemie an sich bekannten Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffen, wobei als weitere Komponente n e) in Abwesenheit der Komponente b) hergestellte, pulverförmige Oligoharnstoffe eines unter 5000 liegenden mittleren Molekulargewichts in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 3 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Komponenten a), b), c) und d) mitverwendet werden. Die zusätzliche Komponente e) bewirkt eine verbesserte Entformbarkeit und verbesserte physikalische Eigenschaften der Formkörper. A new process for the production of optionally cellular moldings based on polyurethane and / or polyurea with a closed surface by reaction according to the reaction injection molding process in a closed form of a reaction mixture a) at least one organic polyisocyanate, b) at least one higher molecular weight compound with groups which are reactive towards isocyanate groups, c) optionally at least one low molecular weight compound with groups reactive towards isocyanate groups, and optionally d) the auxiliaries and additives known per se from polyurethane chemistry, being as another component e) in the absence of component b), powdered oligoureas of less than 5000 average molecular weight in an amount of 0.01 to 3% by weight, based on the weight of components a), b), c) and d). The additional component e) brings about improved demoldability and improved physical properties of the moldings. |
