abstract The saturated or unsaturated chlorinated hydrocarbons containing C3 and C4 and the saturated or unsaturated chloro-substituted primary alcohols containing C3 or C4 contain a stabiliser or a stabiliser mixture comprising 5 to 150 mg/kg, preferably 10 - 100 mg/kg, (relative to chlorinated hydrocarbons or chloro-substituted primary alcohols) of at least one phenol derivative and/or 100 - 20,000 mg/kg, preferably 500 - 5000 mg/kg, (relative to chlorinated hydrocarbons or chloro-substituted primary alcohols) of at least one epoxy-containing compound and/or 100 - 30,000 mg/kg, preferably 500 - 20,000 mg/kg, (relative to chlorinated hydrocarbons or chloro-substituted primary alcohols) of a tertiary alcohol containing C4 or C5.
