A film consists of at least one Langmuir-Blodgett layer, which layer contains or consists of an organic polymer with long-chain fluoroalkyl side groups. It is characterized by a multi-layer structure with few defects and is suitable, for example, for optical purposes and for surface treatment. The order of the molecules in the multilayer can be improved by annealing and by heating the film via the phase transition and cooling again. |
