titleOfInvention INCREASED AND DEPRESSIBLE ROAD MARKER.
abstract Retractable sidewalk signaling (10) comprising a base receptacle (12), a piston assembly (14), having a reflector (16) and a mass (36) waterproof, compressible, elastic. The base receptacle (12) is mounted in the sidewalk, a portion of the piston assembly (14) protruding above the sidewalk so that the reflector (16) can be seen. The arrangement of the piston assembly (14) and the base (12) uses a piston / cylinder configuration. In another embodiment, a self-illuminating signaling (70) is designed, comprising a solar cell (76), a rechargeable battery (78), a light source (72) and a detector (79). The solar cell (76) recharges the battery (78) when it is day. The detector (79) activates and deactivates the light source (72) in response to external indications. Another embodiment is also provided, which includes traffic location signaling (80) having a transmitter placed in the piston assembly, for sending a location signal to a remote receiver such as a vehicle (84) rescue equipped with suitable means for example.
