abstract Thin-film photodiodes (1 to 8) arranged in rows on a substrate are connected to read-out chips (CH) arranged on the same substrate via thin-film conductor tracks (L1 to L8) of different lengths. In order to compensate for the interconnect capacities in the case of adjacent interconnects of different lengths (L4 to L7), their widths are dimensioned smaller or larger in one or more interconnect sections, so that the sum of the coupling capacities of all sections of two adjacent interconnects always has the same value, regardless of the total length. The invention eliminates the inhomogeneities in the sensor signal caused by the different lengths of the read lines; the invention is applied to optoelectronic readers, in particular in office automation.
