abstract | A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is disclosed, which is improved in color reproducibility and in the fastness of magenta images to light, heat and humidity. The photographic material comprises a magenta coupler represented by Formula (M-I) and a compound represented by Formula (XI) or Formula (XII).n In formulae (XI) and (XII) X¹, which may be the same or different, is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or an -NR¹⁰- group in which R¹⁰ is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group or a hydroxyl group; X² is a hydroxyl group or a mercapto group; R⁶ and R⁷, which may be the same or different, each represent a substituent having a σ p value of not more than -0.25; M is a metal and a and b, which are the same or different, are each an integer of 0 to 3. |
