titleOfInvention | Polyurethane article with a stabilizer, and proces and device for its preparation |
abstract | The stabilization of molded polyurethane plastics is achieved by enriching the stabilizing agent in the surface. This is done by applying the stabilizing agent to the mold surface before introducing the plastic and / or to the surface of the molded body after removal from the mold. Stabilizers for this purpose are preferably emulsions which contain about 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of stabilizer, 3-7 parts by weight of a solvent, in particular a fluorocarbon, and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of an emulsifier per 100 parts by weight of water. |
