titleOfInvention | UTILIZATION OF $g(a)-CETOCARBONIC ACID HYDRAZONES AND OXINES FOR TREATING CARDIAC OR CIRCULATORY DISEASES |
abstract | New medical use of hydrazones and alpha-ketocarbonic acid oximes of general formula (I) where Y represents an oxygen atom or an -NH- group; Z represents a saturated or unsaturated, straight-chain or branched alkyl group with up to 8 C atoms, optionally substituted one or more times by halogen or hydroxy; R1 represents a hydrogen, a nitrile, a formyl or an alkyl group comprising 1 to 8 C substituted, where appropriate one or more times, by a halogen, a hydroxy, a nitrile, a phenyl or a carboxyl. R2 represents a saturated or unsaturated, straight or branched chain alkyl group with up to 14 C atoms; an alkoxy group containing 1 to 6 C or an alkylthio group containing 1 to 6 C substituted optionally by a lower alkoxy, a cycloalkyl or an aryl; a cycloalkyl group having 3 to 8 C; a phenylamino; a phenyl-N-alkylamino; a phenyl mercapto; an aryl; or aryloxy; these last 5 substituents in the aryl part being able to be substituted one or more times if necessary by an alkyl comprising from 1 to 6 C, an alkoxy comprising from 1 to 6 C, a halogen, a trifluoromethyl, a hydroxy, an amino, an acetylamino, acetoxy, cyano, nitro or the methylenedioxy group. As well as their physiologically tolerable salts, esters and amides for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of heart and circulatory diseases, in particular ischemic heart diseases such as heart failure, angina pectoris or myocardial infarction. |
