titleOfInvention GRILL.
abstract A grill includes a heating chamber (2) for roasting food (18). The heating chamber forms on its sides a corresponding space (5), in which is arranged a heat source (6) obtained for example by charcoal. The heat source (6) produces heat radiation directed uniformly against the food (18), the formation of carcinogens resulting from pyrolysis being avoided by the presence of the lower part of the heating chamber, which is designed to so as to cool the fat that drains from roasted foods. For this purpose, the lower part of the heating chamber can be provided with a removable container (8) filled with a liquid (9). The space (5) in which the heat source is arranged is delimited on the side of the heating chamber by a net or a lattice structure (4) and comprises a lower surface (14) descending obliquely downwards and towards the bottom. 'interior towards the container (8) filled with liquid. Preheated combustion air is brought into the space (5) through a channel (16) placed under said space. The cross section of the central part of the grill can have a rectangular or circular shape.
