Bispecific antibody molecules, having a first binding affinity with a human T leukocyte receptor capable of activating destruction and a second binding affinity with target cells, are characterized in that the two heavy chains of the molecules are selected to attenuate the destruction of human T leukocytes by the molecule. Said cytotoxic molecules and their fragments which retain the binding affinities of the entire molecule are useful in the treatment of certain diseases, such as in particular neoplastic, viral and parasitic diseases. |
