Conductive structures in polymers |
abstract |
The invention relates to conductive structures in polymers which are obtainable by a process in which poly (organylheteroacetylenes) of the formula I: or a mixture of poly (organyl heteroacetylenes) of the formula I and other polymers are exposed to radiation of high energy density, preferably laser radiation. At relatively low temperatures of 100 ° C to 600 ° C, the polymer is structured so that electrically conductive structures are formed. The structures are used in electrical engineering, electronics and microelectronics, preferably as conductor tracks. The invention enables long-term stable conductive structures to be written into an insulating polymer matrix in one work step, whereby modern computer technology (computer graphics) can be used and computer-aided direct production of conductor structures is possible. The polymers can be used self-supporting or applied to rigid or flexible materials. |
