titleOfInvention Apparatus for generating and radiating ultrasound, especially for ultrasound therapy
abstract The device comprises an ultrasound head (2) with an ultrasound oscillator (13) and an electrical signal generator for applying electrical signals to the ultrasound oscillator of the ultrasound head in the sense that the electrical signals are converted into ultrasound to be emitted. It also includes an adaptation device for adapting an inserted ultrasound head to the electrical signal generator. The adaptation device comprises an easily exchangeable adaptation element (15), which is appropriately assigned to an ultrasound oscillator (13), which is also easily exchangeable, and can be inserted into the ultrasound head when the ultrasound oscillator is replaced.
