titleOfInvention Aqueous bleaching suspensions containing peroxycarboxylic acid, their preparation and their use
abstract The aqueous bleaching agent suspensions according to the invention based on a water-insoluble peroxycarboxylic acid suspended in a carrier liquid in the presence of a colloidal silica and an acidifying agent have an improved shelf life compared to known suspensions on this basis and are more economical to produce. This is achieved by pourable to pasty bleaching agent suspensions, which contain 0.5 to 9% by weight of silica, based on the suspension, and a hydrate-forming neutralizing salt, which stabilizes peroxycarboxylic acids, in an amount of 10 to 400% by weight, calculated hydrate-free and based on Peroxycarboxylic acid used included. Preferred bleaching agent suspensions contain 10-30% by weight of diperoxydodecanedioic acid, 5-20% by weight of sodium sulfate and 2 to 6% by weight of fumed silica, in each case based on the suspension. The use of undried hydrophilized and optionally in-situ desensitized peroxycarboxylic acids is particularly preferred.n n n The bleaching agent suspensions are produced by homogeneously suspending the peroxycarboxylic acid in the thickened carrier liquid.n n n The storage-stable bleach suspensions are used as laundry bleaches and for the production of cleaning agents and disinfectants.
