abstract |
These new galenical forms of allergens are characterized in that said allergens are contained in strictly controlled and reproducible quantities in solid supports intended for a gradual release of the active principle by per- and sub-lingual route.n n n Their preparation process includes the following steps: - dissolving an allergen in a polar solvent to obtain a stock solution; - preparation of dilutions at different concentrations, - splitting of each of these dilutions into under-dilutions, - impregnation by multi-impregnation or fractional impregnation of a solid pharmaceutically acceptable support with each of the sub-dilutions, each of said impregnation steps being followed by drying in forced air and dried at a temperature less than or equal to 30 ° C. ; - protective final impregnation of the coating type. |
