The preparation of 4-, 4- (1,1) - and 3,5 substituted M-alkyl-pyridinium salts as well as of 2'-carboxamide substituted N (1,4) diazinium compounds is described. These N + surfactants have a low critical micelle concentration (KMK) of 10 -5 -10 -7 Moi / liter. Depending on the type and nature of the anions, they can form micelles of various sizes and shapes. 4- (1,1) -substituted and 3,5-substituted N-alkyl-pyridinium compounds can form vesicles of a certain shape and size. These n-alkylated 1,4-diazinium and pyridinium compounds can be used as active pharmaceutical ingredients. |
