DNA sequences containing internal deletions removing a major part of the sequence which codes on expression for the maturation polypeptide of factor VIII:C express modified factor VIII:C and modified factor VIII:C-like polypeptides 20 times more efficiently than DNA sequences coding for the factor VIII:C. |
