The method is characterized in that an aqueous solution of gangliosides is reacted with a radioactive iodine compound, in particular an iodide 125l-, in the presence of a peroxidase catalyzing the halogenation reactions and of a peroxide generator. , then after completion of the reaction, in that one purifies and one recovers the radiolabelled gangliosides. |
