abstract | The framework is the production of polymers of propene using a Ziegler-Natta catalyst system from (1) a titanium component that contains titanium, magnesium, chlorine and a benzene carboxylic acid derivative on an inorganic oxide carrier, (2) an aluminum component and (3) a silane component . A characteristic is the use of a titanium component (1), which is obtained by first producing (1.1) a solid-phase precursor from (I) magnesium chloride, (II) an alkanol, (III) the carrier, (IV) titanium tetrachloride and (V) a phthalic acid derivative, such that (1.1.1) first (I) is reacted with (II), (1.1.2) then the carrier (III) is introduced into what results from (1.1.1), (1.1.3) thereupon in a liquid hydrocarbon which converts results from (1.1.2) in solid phase with (IV), with the proviso that (V) is also introduced in (1.1.1) or (1.1.2) or (1.1.3) then (1.2) the resultant from (1.1) solid phase is extracted with titanium tetrachloride and finally the resultant from (1.2) solid phase is extracted with a liquid hydrocarbon. |
