abstract (B) einer amorphen, elektrisch leitfähigen, thermisch veränderbaren Aufzeichnungsschicht aus (b₁)30 bis 95 Gew.%, bezogen auf (B), eines durch Elektrolyse herstellbaren, kationischen Polymerisats und (b₂)5 bis 70 Gew.%, bezogen auf (B), an anionischen Farbstoffen auf einer Seite oder auf beiden Seiten einesn (A) elektrisch leitfähigen, dimensionsstabilen Trägers in der Form (a₁)eines Bandes, einer quadratischen oder rechteckigen Platte oder einer runden Scheibe aus Kunststoff, wobei (a₂)die Oberfläche des Trägers (A), die einer Aufzeichnungsschicht (B) zugekehrt ist, strukturiert und außerdem (a₃)von einer 20 bis 100 nm dicken Metallschicht bedeckt ist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses Aufzeichnungsmaterials und ein Verfahren zum laseroptischen Schreiben und Lesen von Daten. Sheet-like, laser-optical recording material with (B) an amorphous, electrically conductive, thermally changeable recording layer (b₁) 30 to 95% by weight, based on (B), of a cationic polymer which can be prepared by electrolysis and (b₂) 5 to 70 wt.%, Based on (B), of anionic dyes on one side or on both sides of one (A) electrically conductive, dimensionally stable support in the mold (A₁) a tape, a square or rectangular plate or a round disc made of plastic, wherein (a₂) the surface of the support (A), which faces a recording layer (B), structured and also (a₃) is covered by a 20 to 100 nm thick metal layer, and a method for producing this recording material and a method for laser-optical writing and reading of data.
