abstract A device sensitive to ions is disclosed together with the relevant preparation processes, which contains a polymeric organic matrix, an ionophore, a device of EO<S> or CHEMFET type containing on its surface silicon oxide sticking to said polymeric organic matrix by means of a polysiloxanic matrix, characterized in that the polymeric organic matrix is a linear polymethacryloyl chloride and that the polysiloxanic matrix is selected from the functional organosilanes of general formula <CHEM> wherein: R<II>, R<III>, R<IV>, which are the same, or different from one another, are alkyl or alkoxy radicals containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R is an alkyl or aryl radical containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, Y can be either -NH2 or -NHCH2CH2NH2 or from the functional organosilanes of general formula <CHEM> wherein: R1, R2, either equal to, or different from, one another, are Cl, Br, CH3, NO2, NH2 or H, R<II>, R<III>, R<IV>, which are the same, or different from one another, are alkyl or alkoxy radicals containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R<I> can be an alkyl, aminoalkyl, aminoalkylaryl, alkylaryl radical containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms.
