Elle concerne également un procédé de préparation desdites céphalosporines et leur utilisation en thérapeutique. The subject of the present invention is novel derivatives of cephalosporins with improved pharmacokinetics, corresponding to the general formula: in which : - Ri, R 2 and R 3 represent H, or Ri and R 2 represent H or CH 3 and form a cyclobutyl group and R 3 = COOH; - A and B are different and occupy the meta and para positions of the benzene nucleus; one represents a hydroxyl group and the other is chosen from the groups as well as the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters of said derivatives. It also relates to a process for the preparation of said cephalosporins and their use in therapy.
