abstract |
The invention relates to stroma-free blood substitutes, which are characterized in that fragments of sulfated glycosaminoglycans prepared in a manner known per se are covalently linked to hemoglobin, so that products are formed whose oxygen binding behavior is achieved by adjusting the ratio of hemoglobin to glycosaminoglycan fragment in the region of 2 , 66 kPa (20 mmHg) to 10.66 kPa (80 mmHg), preferably in the range from 4.79 kPa (36 mmHg) to 9.33 kPa (70 mmHg), and a method for producing blood substitutes . |
