abstract Preparation of an antibody against an individual neoantigen in the C3b region of human C3, its use and production. The preparation is characterized by the immunochemical reaction with (a) antigenic determinants in the reaction C3b of the alpha or beta chain of denatured human C3 in which the disulfide bonds have been reduced, but not with (b) native C3 human. The use consists in the immunochemical binding of the preparation on C3 fragments, especially C3 fragments linked to immune complexes. The production comprises the development of an immune response containing the antibodies and the selection from said response of the antibodies having the specificity given above.
