A process is described for the production of new, massive polyurethane materials in casting using at least two isocyanate groups per molecule containing isocyanates and at least two hydroxyl groups per molecule containing alcohols, which is characterized in that monohydric alcohols with 1 to 8 carbon atoms are added to epoxidized triglyceride oils which, if desired, brings the purified addition products to reaction with alkylene oxides having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, optionally subjectes the products to a thermal aftertreatment before or after the alkoxylation, and mixes the resulting products with the isocyanates to form a uniformly liquid resin composition, optionally adding additives and the Allow reaction mixture to harden in a mold. |
