abstract |
A stable baseline glucose control has been found, in which the actual value and the measured value of blood glucose, obtained colorimetrically using glucose analysis strips, are approximately the same. The reference glucose regulation uses an aqueous suspension of: i) 40 to 500 mg / dL of glucose, and ii) approximately 0.1 to 0.3 x 1012 / dL of red blood cells fixed using a fixation, to make red blood cells unable to metabolize glucose. |
