abstract |
A thermal transfer recording method wherein energy is applied to a thermal transfer material comprising a support and at least a first ink layer and a second ink layer disposed in this order on the support, thereafterthe thermal transfer material is peeled off from a recording medium in a relatively short length of time until separation while applying a peeling force of above a prescribed magnitude to the thermal transfer material, thereby to stably transfer the second ink layer with excellent reproducibility. |
