abstract Antistatic and, at the same time, anti-fog effects on hard surfaces, in particular made of plastics, are achieved by detergent-containing cleaning agents with the addition of 0.02 - 5% by weight of selected amphoteric copolymers with anionic and cationic centers in the molecule and with certain irreversible hydrophilization properties for plastics. if critical quantitative ratios of copolymer to surfactant = 10: 1 to 1: 1, that is to say preferably less surfactant than copolymer, are observed. The substances are copolymers of cationic and anionic vinyl monomers which contain at least 1 mol of an N-containing acrylic derivative, based on 1 mol of acrylic acid.
