abstract | A vascularization factor which can be yielded by endothelial cells of a blood vessel, which is absorbed by an agarose gel having heparin immobilized thereon and is eluted by 0.7 M to 1.0 M sodium chloride, which is adsorbed by a diethylaminoethyl anion exchanger and is eluted by 0.2 M to 0.4 M sodium chloride, and which has a molecular weight of about 5,000 to 10,000. This factor can be utilized in treating ischemic diseases and wounds. |
