abstract Method and device for the selective extraction of compounds, in particular biochemicals, with high added value, from a complex solution.n n n The method uses a membrane reactive system, (3), (4), (5), (6) monoenzymatic placed in liquid medium, at the interfaces of which a gradient of electrochemical potential of one of the reactants creates asymmetric conditions which force the reversible reaction catalyzed by the membrane reactive system, to work in opposite directions on either side of said system, the passage of the compound to be extracted from one side to the other being favored by the presence on both sides of said system, barriers (5) for confining a compound other than the compound to be extracted. Device for implementing this method.n n n Application to the extraction of compounds of biochemical interest, by concentration and accumulation on one side of the membrane system.
