abstract To measure high-frequency alternating fields, in particular in nuclear spin tomographs, the measurement signal is converted according to the invention in a signal pickup (10) into a corresponding ultrasound signal, which is transmitted to a receiver (30) and then converted back into an electrical signal. The transmission link (20) contains no metallic components and therefore does not cause any field interference.
